Make up has always been a passion of mine from a young age I was always experimenting on myself with new looks and copying pictures in magazines. I progressed onto trialling my techniques out on willing volunteers and friends before deciding to obtain a part-time job on make-up counters including Bobbi Brown, Elizabeth Arden, Dior, Origins and Benefit within large department stores. I received expert training and also a qualification in fashion and photographic make-up in 2006 before deciding to ‘set-up’ on my own.

My ethos when starting this part-time career is to use my skills to ensure that women can achieve a look which compliments their outfit, whether it be for something as special as a wedding or black-tie event or simply wanting to become more confident at a job interview I believe I have the skill to achieve this.

I specialise in make-up which emphasises the clients best features, whilst still ensuring the person still looks like ‘themselves’ not a plastic doll or bright-blue, orange based, bright red lipstick personality which loosely resembles a person that walked through the door an hour earlier (unless of course it’s a fancy dress party!).

One of the many qualities that I promote is my ability to listen to my client and achieve a look that they are after, I am not a person who is easily offended - unless I walk away and your not 100% happy with what we have achieved. I encourage you to be open and tell me what you like/what you don’t like so the make-up look that you get is precisely what you want.

I do not endorse any particular company but use what I consider to be the most professional, environmentally friendly cosmetics which I have tried and tested on myself and friends to ensure that I am using the products correctly, so that I know the depth of the colour, how intensely it can be used and which technique is best used with it. My collection is constantly being refreshed and all the latest cosmetics used. If at your trial I know of a product which I believe is going to be best for your needs then I will ensure that I have it on the day.

Appointments are available throughout the year and my prices do not change on Sundays/Bank Holidays.
