Wedding Make up Terms of Business

By making a booking you are entering into an agreement to honour the following terms and conditions.

Booking Conditions
• Following an enquiry a quote will be provided for the specific services required.
• You are required at the time of booking to provide information regarding the services required, date of wedding, time of wedding, venue for trial and venue of wedding. I understand that sometimes requirements change and will accommodate any changes you wish to make within reason.

Booking Fee
• Once the booking has been accepted you will be asked for a non-refundable £50 deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the overall charge. This is to be paid by cheque.
• Cheques should be made payable to ‘Kelly Anderson’ and sent to Flat 1, 3 East Park Road, Harrogate, HG1 5QT.
• Once the deposit has been paid the wedding date will be secured.

Cancellation Policy
• In the highly unlikely event that I cancel the booking your deposit will be returned to you in full.
• If you wish to cancel your make-up booking after confirming and paying the 50 deposit, the booking the following charges apply (the percentages are the proportion of the total charge for the wedding services, including bridesmaids and others) that you booked with me and that appears on your initial booking form; 
               4 weeks before the wedding date 25% of the total charge. 
               3 weeks before the wedding date 50% of the total charge.
               2 weeks before the wedding date 75% of the total charge. 
               1 week before the wedding date 100% of the total charge.
• The above does not relate to the bridal trial which takes place before the wedding day. This can be changed up to 3 days before the date of the arranged trial date at no extra cost.

Travel Expenses
• The prices displayed on this website are for distances within 45 minutes of the postcode HG1 5QT.
• For distances further than this I reserve the right to add a small fee.

Prices
• Once you have been quoted a price for your wedding this will not change.
• Prices displayed on this website are subject to change.

Payment
• The price quoted at time of booking will not change.
• The remaining balance must be paid a minimum of 1 week before the wedding in cash or cheque (using details above) or cash on the day of the wedding.
